Amazing day during cold, rainy, windy weather! Our guide “Steven” was the best - boundless energy, great humour, kind, patient & an ever present smile. He clearly loves his hometown of Busan and we were very lucky to have him as our guide. The ‘Bamboo Forest’ trail, the “Most Beautiful Temple in the World” set against the raging winds and waves, and the lovely tea house experience were our favourites. The Korean history information was especially interesting. Perhaps more time at both the Gukje Market (so much to see!) and the Gamchoen-Dong neighbourhood, while leaving out the final stop, would give a better opportunity for exploring or finding something to eat and not feeling rushed.
This tour is highly recommended, so many great and interesting stops. We had DK as our guide and it was great! He was very skilled and despite the terrible weather we had he made the best of it and with a little improvisation we had an absolutely fantastic day!
It was a amazing time. Gyeongju is place that worth knowing. The guide was very friendly and the time in each stop was perfect. If the guide could bring more informations about those places, it could be perfect.
The hike was interesting despite the truly awful weather due to the rain and wind. Andrew, our guide, did his best to make us feel comfortable and was very helpful in every way. Thank you!
