Sail the waters in a motorized boat to search for dolphins and other wildlife. Observe different species such as the Pinto Dolphin, White Belly, Whitenose Dolphin, Bottle, and Screw. Spot adult Olive Ridley Turtles, Flying Fish, Manta Rays, and various birds, and enjoy the impressive Humpback Whales from November to March. Use snorkel masks to enter the water and swim near the turtles and dolphins. Marvel at these magnificent creatures from below the surface and hear how they communicate with each other. The experience begins with pickup from your hotel in Puerto Escondido and heads to a preserved beach. Join a local nature conservation group and learn about the different species of sea turtles and the measures being taken to help protect them since they became an endangered species. Learn about the lives of the sea turtles, then help them reach the ocean from their nest on the beach. There’s plenty of time to take photos of this magical experience, and soak up views of the sunset. By the end of the evening, you’ll have learned more about this endangered species, taken part in the effort to protect them, and made unforgettable memories.

We'll meet either at Carrizalillo Beach or La Punta Zicatela, depending on wave conditions and student levels. Afterward, there's a 30-minute theory session covering board positioning, paddling techniques, standing up on the board, and safety rules. The class adjusts to our students' levels, and all surfing equipment is provided. Following the theory, we hit the water to practice what we've learned. Surfing is an exhilarating and comprehensive sport, and whether it's your first time or you're refining your skills, you'll experience an incredible ride in one of the world's best surfing spots. Finally, after the session, we'll provide feedback and tips to enhance your technique for your next surfing lesson!

I invite you to join us to discover the Manialtepec Lagoons with their star attraction, "BIOLUMINESCENCE." We leave Puerto Escondido at 6:30 pm. If you book with our team, we will pick you up at your hotel in Puerto Escondido, which includes the following areas: La Barra, Punta Zicatela, Brisas de Zicatela, Playa Zicatela, Adoquinado, Centro, and the Rinconada area in Playa Bacocho. We will travel by land for 30 minutes from Puerto Escondido on Federal Highway 200 northbound until we reach the community of El Zapotal. Locals will be waiting to show us the luminescent effect from a boat. We will enjoy this spectacle emitted by phosphorescent organisms in the water for 40 minutes. After this evening of learning about the lagoon's ecosystem, we will return you to your hotel. The experience lasts a total of 2.5 hours, including travel time.

Enjoy a pickup after sunset from your hotel lobby in Puerto Escondido. Head towards the Manialtepec lagoon in the darkness of night.  Marvel at a spectacular natural show while crossing the lagoon in a boat with the help of a local instructor. Experience the delightful reaction of how millions of microorganisms begin to illuminate the water as you swim or while you touch the water through the boat. Witness this rare event as there are only 2 lagoons in Mexico that have this spectacular and beautiful phenomenon. The color may vary from white to blue. Passing midnight and after enjoying this remarkable experience, you will be taken back to your hotel in Puerto Escondido. Subject to the lunar calendar. NA-HÁ MAYA Spa began in 2003 as a dream of our founder César Augusto Acosta Solís. Coming from an area with a Mayan past, he set out to unite the pre-Hispanic and modern cultures by creating a product. A thematic spa in which our visitors at the same time that they relax are knowing and valuing our roots. The name NA-HÁ MAYA comes from the Mayan language, which means "House of Mayan water", this comes in conjunction with the meaning of the word spa, "Health by water". I invite you to learn about a program for the conservation of 3 species of sea turtles (Olive Ridley, Green or black turtle and Leatherback turtle). This experience takes place on the Pacific coast, Palmarito beach houses an incubation camp controlled by a team of conservationists, who provide us with information about the characteristics of the life cycle of the sea turtle. We will meet hatchlings that are only 1 hour old, these hatchlings will be released into the sea at sunset. Our experience has a duration of 2.5 hours including ground transportation time between Puerto Escondido and Palmarito beach. The transportation starts at 16:00 hrs to pick up each of our reservations at each of your lodging establishments. Palmarito Beach is located only 20 minutes from Puerto Escondido on federal highway 200 at Bajos de Chila.

We will drive 30 minutes to San Jose Manialtepec North direccion of Puerto Escondido. We will meet with authentic horse riders who going to be our guides, those guys will teach us all the basics about horses and how to ride. we will ride in to the farming fields, cattle lands, we will cross the river until reach to the beach. We will ride our horses troting or gallopin infront to the sea while the sunset show their colors to us. After the sunset we will ride using the short way back. We will be back to the start point arround 19:00 hrs and to the hotel at 19:30 hrs aproximatly.
