I assumed that I would receive my ticket from one of your staff, so I waited in front of the ticket issuing counter (area 3) until the meeting time of 8:05, as my reservation for admission was for 8:15. However, no one showed up, so I went to the counter, where I was issued a ticket by showing my reservation voucher and was able to enter without any problems. Since it was 8:15, just after the museum opened, it was a very luxurious experience to be able to enjoy the masterpieces in a quiet space in a private setting.
