What people are saying about Florence
Overall rating
I assumed that I would receive my ticket from one of your staff, so I waited in front of the ticket issuing counter (area 3) until the meeting time of 8:05, as my reservation for admission was for 8:15. However, no one showed up, so I went to the counter, where I was issued a ticket by showing my reservation voucher and was able to enter without any problems. Since it was 8:15, just after the museum opened, it was a very luxurious experience to be able to enjoy the masterpieces in a quiet space in a private setting.
Fantastic tour seeing one of the world’s greatest masterpieces, and also Michelangelo’s David! Lots of great information.
The guide was very competent and friendly. Everything was impeccable, he more than met our expectations. Thank you.
The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate. She made the tour interesting and fun. Highly recommended
I really liked it! I couldn't access the audio, it was the only weak point
