We were extremely lucky, after a couple of hours we had almost given up when the lights put on a fantastic show for us. Nobody can predict nature so there is obviously no guarantee, but we would have been disappointed had we ot seen them as the trip is not cheap, but it would have been no fault of the company. Everything was very efficient and pickups etc were punctual. The hot chocolate & chocolate snack were lovely. If I had to complain the only minor thing was that our guide was very softly spoken and we struggled to hear him on the bus tanoy but we should have asked him to turn up the volume! What we did catch showed he was very knowledgeable and helpful. A massive bonus was being able to download his excellent photos which were sent via a link in an email a couple of days later, as ours were rubbish!

Wonderful trip , we did not see the Northern Lights but Daniel (Aurora whisper) he was great !! He tried so hard at the different spots to see them but it was to cloudy. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything, he even made a fire ! Great tour !

We were so lucky to see such incredible Northern Lights at the end of the season. Our guide was wonderful and it was great to be on a small bus. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Guide was fantastic and really knowledgeable. The hot chocolate was a nice touch on a cold night. Seeing the lights was amazing.
