Not kidding, Florence is one of the best tour guides we ever had. She is so kind, and warm and full of stories. Oh, and always smiling. It was a pleasure to see Colmar and Ribeauville with her by our side. On a more technical side, everything was as expected: meeting point, transportation, group size, schedule etc. And the Christmas markets are definetely different from the ones in Strasbourg, much more ‘local’ and authentic. I would say this experience is a must-do. Would go again anytime.
