Amazing tour, highly recommended to anyone wanting to try a lot of different traditional northern thai food in a super effective way. Our guide Moui was great: she explained us some of the history behind the thai cousine and the details of every dish we tasted. You can tell she's really passionate about food. She also made sure our meals were served as soon as we entered the restaurant so we basically never had to wait, and even let us greet some of the owners and the chiefs. We got to eat in some family ran and non-touristy places that would have been very hard to find by ourselves. As europeans we didn't find anything too extreme and enjoyed everything we tried (cricket and silk worm included).
