The excursion into Thai cuisine is also worthwhile for experienced cooks! Noi led the course pleasantly throughout. The day begins with a visit to the market to learn about the local ingredients you need. After a short drive you reach the organic farm, which is like an idyll. Here, parts of the required ingredients are broken down and harvested directly on site. I advise keeping the breakfast of the day small - the dishes fill the stomach extremely well! I enjoyed cooking very much. The exclusively "organic cuisine" is to be emphasized - the quality of the dishes and guidance by Noi was perfect. Clear recommendation!

Amazing experience! we did a full day cooking course. In the morning we went to the fresh market where we were introduced to the spices/sauces & veggies that we later on used for cooking. The place is amazing, full with trees, nature & of course with the herbs garden which was absolutely great. We did 6 different dishes and without any doubt all of them were delicious. I highly recommend to anyone who visits Chiang Mai & wants to spend the day with great people, to learn a bit about the traditional Thai dishes & to eat amazing thai food. Guarantee you will not stay hungry! Thank you for this great experience!

This was a wonderful experience full of history and beautiful sights! Learning about the customs of the Hmong people of Northern Thailand and exploring gorgeous Doi Suthep was extremely memorable. Highly recommend! Our guide had multiple bottles of ice cold water and cold towels for us to stay comfortable. The drive is a bit windy but the accommodations were very comfortable.
