Our visit to Neuschwanstein Castle was a truly magical highlight of our trip! The castle itself is stunning, but what made the experience even more special were our fantastic guides, Daisy and Patrick. They were a perfect combination! Patrick provided us with a wealth of information about the history of the castle, sharing stories that brought the place to life. Daisy complemented this with her local knowledge and a fun way of seeing things (counting swans). She offered interesting insights about the sights we encountered throughout the tour. As a bonus, she recommended a dinner spot that turned out to be absolutely delicious! Overall, this tour was both informative and enchanting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore this iconic landmark. Thank you, Daisy and Patrick, for making our experience unforgettable!

The trip was wonderful! Our team was very organized and kept us on schedule with a specific timetable. There was hot coffee (delicious), snacks, and cold beverages/water provided. I did not realize there would be so many steps inside the castle tour, which was fine for me as I was purposefully trying to get some workout time in, but might be challenging for others. I decided to walk up the hill to the bridge overlooking the castle, and then another walk up to the castle. It was definitely a workout! 463 calories burned -per my fitness app. The bus was extremely comfortable for a relaxing ride back to Munich. Well worth the extra cost for the premium price.

The day was excellent, the guide Courtney was very helpful. My only complaint was that they charged an extra 10 euros to buy the ticket on the bus, even though there was no option to pay at the ticket office. I found this charge a bit abusive. But otherwise, I recommend the tour.

Wonderful! Dayse and Vladi were great. Scenery was beautiful! Castle was unbelievable. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking up and down steep inclines and stairs. Well worth the trip!
