Hop in the water to look for wildlife like turtles where the world’s largest population of West Indian manatees live. See corals that have been protected for over 30 years at the Hol Chan marine reserve. Feel the thrill of diving with sharks in the Ray Alley. Stop for lunch onboard at 12:00 PM. After that, take the chance to explore an amazing shipwreck, coral gardens, and more turtles. The tour ends at 3:00 PM with two bonus sightseeing stops to see seahorses.

Meet at the beachfront of Lily's Treasure Chest Restaurant in the morning at 8am, look for one of our Team Members in our Yellow Ridge and Reef Adventures Shirt who will give you instructions and get you checked in for your adventure. Get geared up and depart for Hol Chan Marine Reserve. After a refreshing boat ride, arrive at the Marine Park. Enjoy 45 minutes to an hour to snorkel and explore this vibrant underwater world teeming with flora and fauna. Then, cruise to Shark and Ray Alley. Test your nerves and swim with nurse sharks that range between 3 and 12 feet in length. Keep an eye out for a variety of species, such as horse-eyed jacks, snappers, and much more. This experience lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on you. Climb aboard once again and make your way to Coral Gardens. Snorkel above vast and breathtaking coral formations that serve as a home to many species of fish, including loggerhead turtles. Continue to the North Channel, near Caye Caulker. Here, catch a glimpse of manatees, eels, nurse sharks, and other beautiful flora and fauna. Snorkel for about 30 to 45 minutes. If you are unable to see manatees here, you will be guided to another location in search of these gentle giants.  Make a stop on the leeward side of Caye Caulker to feed large but gentle fish called tarpons or silver giants. Visit a sea horse sanctuary to look for these small but beautiful sea creatures. Stop at a local restaurant in the afternoon and savor a warm Belizean lunch. Then, enjoy free time to explore the village at your own pace. Visit the split caused by Hurricane Hatti, one of the strongest hurricanes of 1961. Depart Caye Caulker in the late afternoon for a return transfer to San Pedro.

. Transfer from Flores Guatemala to Caye Caulker Belize includes Bus Service and Boat Service . We board at 6:00 in Flores . Immigration forms will be issued to enter Belize . Immigration and Customs procedures are personal as well as baggage handling . If any Passenger has any problem with Immigration, a waiting time of 20 minutes will be given. . We boarded the bus again and continued for approximately two and a half hours to get to Belize City, specifically to San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi . At San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi we check our boat tickets and get our boarding pass . We board the boat at the nearest exit, the journey is approximately 50 minutes to reach our destination Caye Caulker and for San Pedro Amberguis an hour and a half . Hol Chan has been a marine reserve since May 2, 1987, and covers almost 7 square miles (18 square kilometers). Some areas are only about 5 feet (around 1.5 meters) deep, while the channel is about 30 feet (just over 9 meters) deep. Once at the reserve, choose whether to observe the abundant marine life from the boat or take the adrenaline rush of jumping in and exploring the amazing underwater world. If snorkeling, keep on the lookout for brain coral, star coral, sharks, stingrays, turtles, pufferfish, eels, parrotfish, angel fish, barracuda, and even the seasonal manatee. Spend around 45 minutes exploring the vast variety of fish species at the first site. Follow this with the opportunity to snorkel with sharks and stingrays in Shark Ray Alley, then enjoy snorkeling with the majestic sea turtle. At the end of the tour, head back to the peaceful island of Caye Caulker where you began.

Our cruises are approx 1 hour and 30 minutes long and travel along the bay side or the reef side of Caye Caulker. These are small group activities and are not private.
