Wonderful experience. Had the chance to see one of the owners of the cheese factory make the cheese and see the different rooms for each step of the process that the cheese goes through. We were able to taste the cheese with balsamic vinegar and wine, and it was amazing. Definitely worth the ticket purchase.

Informative, easy going guide that communicated well regarding meeting point. Staff at cheese making farm were also friendly. Cheese samples at end of tour were very generous and served with sparkling red wine and 3 types of balsamic vinegar. Experience exceeded my expectations!!
