Excellent service, our guide very friendly and cordial, very informed about the area and place. Concerned tb of the precautions of the Covid-19. The very beautiful, natural place with beautiful views, the hot springs are very beautiful natural, the skin is excellent. The bonfire is held in a very nice place by Mrs. Claudia who is very friendly with visitors. On the other hand, to thank Ignacio for the information and coordination for an activity to be carried out the next day, without his support it would not have been a success. Thanks for the excellent guide and beautiful place.

The bus arrived on time for the pick-up and the tour of Valparaiso (“Valpo” according to our guide, as the Chileans will shorten anything they can) was interesting - particularly the street art. You do need to be able to walk down steps for this part of the tour. Unfortunately, 2 members of the group went AWOL (no fault of the guide), so we lost some time waiting for them and our tour of Vina was somewhat curtailed. Our driver also had to take a diversion on the way back to avoid the road closures in Santiago.

We went with a guide who knew the whole place, he showed us the beauty of the box and its silence, and places that only with him we could go, very friendly and helpful, we totally felt paid, and we totally recommend it

Tremendous guide and best person. Ignacio, thank you very much for the tremendous adventure, we are sure that we will not forget and we will return with another route.

Super nice guys who give you interesting and additional information about the city and the history over Chili. To learn the town you have to do this.
