The customer service agent that we called in UK was not helpful at all. But we spoke to another agent on whatsapp chat. Florence rebooked us for the next day. The desk for check in is inside ‘This is Holland’ building.

What a fun experience! After a short bus ride through the countryside, we arrived at the windmill village. There was a demonstration of both wooden clog making and cheese making. Yum!!! Then with free time, I climbed to the top of one of the working windmills and the view was outstanding.
