We booked this trip while staying at a hotel in Cavtat. The next day we had it confirmed by an agent online that we would be picked up from our hotel and didn’t need to make our way to Dubrovnik and it’s was confirmed this was going to happen. The day before the trip we received a mobile call to say we need to get to Dubrovnik and they wouldn’t be picking us up at our Cavtat hotel. This we did via a taxi. Lucky our driver for the trip did drop us off at our hotel. So our advice is if your not staying in Dubrovnik and don’t want the cost of having to book a taxi think before you book this trip. The day before we went in a van to Bosnia and was better to get around and less hassle at the border because of more people to process. I would not take a large bus again. Mosel was beautiful

Excellent tour. Our guide Rossandra was fluently multilingual and did the entire tour in perfect English and Spanish. She spoke along the way the entire time and gave us fascinating information on so many topics. The stop in Neum is only a coffee/toilet stop so don’t expect to see the city. The stop at Kravice waterfalls was delightful but I don’t think the description said that we could go for a quick swim if we brought a swimsuit and towel. Mostar was amazing. Our local guide had a terrific sense of humor and a great personality . I don’t remember her name but she was the best!!! Wish all 3 stops could have been longer but it was a 12 hour day with the 3 border crossings each way maybe next year when the new bridge opens up there will be a little more time to spend at each stop. Loved Bosnia!

The tour group was very small, just 5 passengers plus the driver, who also was the guide. The small number allowed us to get to know each other as well as gain insight into Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was a long day of touring, but it went by quickly. The driver actually gave us an option of seeing Kravice Falls or Medjugorje. He dropped me and one other passenger off at the falls, and took the other three to the pilgrimage site. Both our driver/guide and the tour guide in Mostar were very informative.

We had an amazing tour with Adin and Sanin. The coffee workshop was amazing. The day was really well spent and at your own pace. Could't have asked for anything better.

The tour and guide was excellent! I would highly recommend!
