Our guide Roman was outstanding very good at finding wildlife and providing kayak and paddleboard instruction. Very patient. Good guide. Website location was incorrect and extremely frustrating. Plan an hour ahead and confirm location before you go. Receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. Good customer service. however boiler plate instructions and email were terrible. Email provided two different directions. In short employees were great! default language and instructions were horrible, misleading, and frustrating.
