Great value for money! I absolutely loved this tour! I love olive oil and this is some of the best I've tried. This tour is not just a tasting, it is a cultural experience where you go outside of the touristy areas and meet the locals in a more authentic setting. The first half of the tour was about the history and wars and we visited several historical sites. The second part is the Olive farm where we were taken around and shown how the oil is made. We also got a whole meal of food at the end, so you wont go hungry. Our guide Neil did a great job making it feel very authentic Croatian where everyone is easy going and taking things as they come - the family at the mill were so lovely and you can feel that this is not a typical tourist thing because noone had any rehearsed script. in stead they were great at thinking fast in situations when things did not go as planned. This is something I would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I have spent the last two weeks traveling through Croatia, and this tour was the highlight of our trip! Our charismatic guide, Dr. Neil, is a wealth of knowledge on Croatian history, olive oil production, and life in general. His story is fascinating! We learned so much on the drive to their family-run olive oil farm including details of endless wars and political strife in this beautiful country. Upon arrival, we were met by Mr. Lepur himself ("Brah-nee" I believe). He served us his unique and delicious homemade sherry before taking us on a personal tour of his farm. Then, we enjoyed a delicious homemade lunch with locally sourced ingredients. It was prepared and served by a neighbor who also made the red wine accompanying our meal. This tour was everything promised and more. Thank you, Neil and Fiona!

if was a fabulous tour and exceptional value for money. we tasted the fines olive oils with incredible flavour and learned all about the health benefits. helps prevent heart failure, strokes, dementia and a host of other ageing issues. the mill owning family were so welcoming and we learned about the history of the region and their survival through communism and the recent war for independence. an unforgettable day.

We had a great experience comprising a brief history stop, a tasteful comparison of oils accompanied by wine and local food (full meal, no space for dinner lift thereafter) and great stories on oil, culture and society in croatia by our hosts Neil and Brani. Possibility to buy the oils at attractive prices. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

It was very good and informative and the olive oil farmer really took us along with his enthusiasm. His story and CV are impressive.
