Our shop opened in 2022 with the theme of "Japanese cuisine" and "experience". In this cooking class, we will teach you how to make sushi straight from the beginning! We will also give a lecture on how to practice at home, not just in the classroom. You might be able to have a sushi party with nigiri sushi at home! The ingredients are the real taste that was served at the sushi shop at the counter! This is a course where you can kill two birds with one stone by learning how to make delicious sushi. We will prepare dishes while learning about the history of Asakusa and the history of sushi together with staff who can speak English and have a lot of overseas experience. Groups of 1 to a maximum of 30 people can also participate. In addition, it is a course recommended for families with children because it is a content that can be experienced by small children. It is a plan that allows participants to have fun while communicating with each other. We would be happy if we could create fun memories together while enjoying the scenery of Asakusa, which is full of downtown atmosphere. We are looking forward to your reservation. Once you learn the basic sushi making, you might as well try creating new type with your idea using your local ingredients. So enjoy making Sushi with local lady instructors who speak English. This class covers some types of typical sushi such as Nigiri, Inari and Sushi Rolls. The class size is limited to 8, ensuring you will receive one-by-one attention. The instructors are always on hand to assist you, so feel free to ask any questions.

Enjoy cooking and savoring Wagyu beef and 7 Japanese dishes from appetizer to dessert! Wagyu is a world-famous word nowadays. “Wa” means Japan(ese), and “Gyu” means beef. During this class, using various method of cooking, you will cook 8 admired dishes, included a Wagyu main dish. Also, you will get to experience what it’s like to make a traditional Japanese meal with seasonal ingredients which have a range of colors, textures, and flavors. Enjoy learning about sake from a sake sommelier at a private salon during a fun tasting experience in Tsukiji. Find your favorite as you sample different sakes from around Japan and its many breweries. Your sake expert will explain about the brewery, history, and story of each bottle before sampling. Just like wine and beer, not all sake tastes the same and with 50 to 60 different types on offer, you can experience a wide range of flavors. Your sake-tasting experience includes 2 hours of unlimited tastings. There are snacks available during the tasting session, to enhance the flavor of the different sakes. You'll also try the brewed beverage at different temperatures and taste how the flavor changes.

Watch how your instructor prepares matcha green tea and the movements that accompany this artform. Savor traditional sweets and a cup of tea before you try to recreate the ceremony for yourself. Stay comfortable! Seats are available for guests who prefer not to sit on the floor! Learn about the specific utensils involved and about all of the different aspects of the ceremony. Cooking local food is the best way to get to know Japanese culture. Learn how to cook these meals at my little cute apartment in Shinjuku. The menu changes depending on the day of the week. You will cook one of the menus below with 2 to 4 items. The weekly menu schedule is below: SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUEDAY (Morning class : 10:30AM-1PM / Evening class : 6PM-8:30PM ) Standard(traditional) meal days - Menu: Teishoku(set meal including rice, seasonal main dish, 2 seasonal side dishes ), or donburi, obento, tonjiru and rice ball and etc...... ※Cooking with seasonal ingredients is the basic of basic in Japanese cuisine! WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY (Morning class : 10:30AM-1PM / Evening class : 6PM-8:30PM ) Popular food days - Menu: Teishoku(set meal including rice, seasonal main dish(fried dish), 2 seasonal side dishes ) or curry rice, okonomiyaki, gyoza, ramen, rice burger, kara-age, yakisoba, etc.......※Cooking with seasonal ingredients is the basic of basic in Japanese cuisine! An optional short trip (1PM-3:30PM) takes place everyday after the morning class. You will go to several amazing places which are not found in your guide books.

Not only the tea ceremony activity itself, but also the room setting is authentic. This is a rare find in Tokyo. The tearoom applied the traditional construction methods and is made of wooden materials that are specifically designed for this particular room. You will have an opportunity to discover this authenticity while learning the tea ceremony in a calm atmosphere. The activity includes: 1. The presentation of the history of tea ceremony 2. The presentation and demonstration of the tea-making procedure called "temae" 3. The instruction of how to drink matcha green tea (both thin tea and thick tea) and how to have a close look at the utensils of tea ceremony. *Thick tea "koicha" is served usually only at a formal tea ceremony, therefore you will have a precious experience. 4. Participants will have a chance to make some matcha. 5. Souvenirs included - Traditional Japanese items made of washi (Japanese traditional paper).

I had such a great time with Hatsuko and Nobu at ABC cooking class. Looking around the traditional Japanese market with Nobu before class was really cool experience and i was happy being able to get some ingredients there. Making sushi with Hatsuko also was so great time and i was so happy to learn about how to make sushi and miso soup. Definitely highly recommended for everyone who wants to get some authentic Japanese cooking styles

I had such a great time and was happy to learn about the authentic Japanese cooking style especially with fresh seasonal ingredients. I was so impressed. Satoru explained so much about both food and culture and was happy to learn about all of it. Highly recommended to those who are interested in exploring the authentic Japanese cooking.
