The highlight was by far the employees! The VR experience was good and interesting, totally recommended but would do another tour because of the people who work there! The hat shop was also set up so well! I could have looked around for 20 minutes!

Sasche was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. He even sent photos of where exactly to meet; so there was no worry about going to the wrong place. Thanks for a very enjoyable tour.

Informative, interesting and fun. Sacha is a laid-back guide but who really knows his stuff. He brings the past of the city to life in a vibrant and smart way.

Great for children (and busy with children), lovely shop downstairs and a restaurant to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate afterwards. Yum

It made me feel really comfortable and the guide gave me great advice for my city tour!
