DUNGEONS OF THE TRINITARIAN ORDER The dungeons fo the Trinitarian Order are located under the Transfiguration Church, which was built on the site of the 18th century Trinitarian church. Nowadays, they are the largest known underground area in Lviv. DUNGEONS OF THE OPERA HOUSE There are not only dungeons, but also an underground river under the famous Lviv Opera House. Since the late 19th century, the building has stood on the former riverbed of the Poltva River. Learn about the construction of the Opera House and see the river that still flows under the city.
