Enjoy an early morning pick up from Rio and relax on the 3-hour drive to the city of Búzios which is often called the Brazilian Caribbean due to the similarities in their natural beauties. Arrive in the docks of Búzios and hop on the schooner. Enjoy a boat ride through the best places to swim and relax.  Listen to some music playing and meet the friendly crew ready to assist on every matter. It is like having a small party on a boat.  Explore the 4 different stops in places like the João Fernandes beach, Azeda, and Azedinha beaches, Tartaruga, or Ossos beach at the end. Stops may vary according to weather conditions and the number of people in each place. The captain chooses the best and less crowded areas to have a good time. Búzios was a peaceful fishing village when its beaches began to be frequented for the summer holidays, in the ‘50s. Sometime later, the visit of a young Brigitte Bardot ended up revealing the resort to the world. Since then, Búzios has never gone out of style. The low houses, the windows of Pedras street, the boutique-inns, and the lively night make Búzios the desired destination in Rio de Janeiro State. Not to mention the beaches, more than 20 across the peninsula that make it look like a little piece of the Mediterranean ended up here. Leave the boat to have a buffet lunch. Enjoy some free time after eating to explore the das Pedras street and its boutique stores and beautiful stone paving street.  Hop on the bus and leave Búzios to make the journey back to Rio, arriving around 8:00 PM. In high season, tours can take longer due to traffic and the large volume of people in the city.

Board at the downtown pier for a catamaran ride in Búzios, a city known for being one of the most charming seaside resorts in Brazil. Enjoy the paradisiacal views on a panoramic tour passing by Caboclo Island, Armação, Ossos, Azeda, Azedinha, and João Fernandes Beaches. Make a 30-minute stop to dive into the crystalline waters and observe the marine life of the Parque dos Corais (Coral Park). Continue toward João Fernandinho Beach, Branca Island, and Ilha Island. We'll sail for 2.5 hours along the Búzios coast, where we'll visit 12 beaches and 3 islands, making 3 stops for approximately 25-minute snorkeling sessions. After a 1-hour bus ride from Búzios, arrive at Arraial do Cabo. Board a boat and set sail through the crystal-clear waters. See places such as Lighthouse Island, Crevice of Our Lady of Assumption, Gorilla Rock, Blue Grotto, Pontal do Atalaia, and Forno Beach.  Stop for a swim at 3 stunning spots. Then, disembark and enjoy lunch at a buffet restaurant, with drinks and dessert at your own expense. After lunch, embark on a city tour through Cabo Frio, a 500-year-old town. Get to know historical spots like São Matheus Fort and the beautiful Passagem neighborhood. Take in views of the exquisite landscape and the mighty sea.

Places Visited: Pedra do Guardião The first stop on the circuit, which begins at the entrance to the Costa do Sol State Park, takes place in a scenery full of walls and immense cliffs with the blue sea in the background. There, the main attraction is the Pedra do Guardião (Keeper’s Stone), a capriciously carved rock formation that refers to a man’s face. A geological reference point, the environment invites you to explore the rocks until you reach the “vent”, a kind of lookout among the rocks with shade and wind. There, the order is to sit for a while, relax and contemplate. Natural Pools The “puddles” appear at low tide, amid the rock formations of the region, and are perfect for bathing and photographic records. Depending on the height of the waves, salty waterfalls are formed between the rocks, providing a spectacle of immense beauty. To take a bath, it is necessary to be aware of the orientations to avoid the submerged points that shelter hedgehogs. Praia dos Amores (Amores Beach) Charming and exclusive, the beach houses a small strip of sand and offers shade under the almond trees. Slabs submerged a few meters from the sand are suitable for snorkeling on account of the numerous fish and turtles that live there. A walk along the rocks leads to Ferradurinha beach (optional).

Be collected from your accommodation in Rio de Janeiro between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Relax on the 3-hour drive to Búzios (by bus or van), where the French actress Brigitte Bardot lived in the 1960s. Upon arrival, board a schooner with a capacity for up to 120 passengers and set sail past the main beaches to get the chance to dive into the sea at 3 different spots.
