The driver was very kind and helpful. Was waiting for us on the hotel lobby, on time. The only observation is that it was a small car for the quantity of luggages we mentioned we had. We didn't received a previous email with instructions or confirmation, as usual we receive on booking services through GetYour Guide or asking us for what time its was the service. He had to send an email asking for what we need.
