Booking and processing in advance worked without any problems. Reminders came via email. The guide was perfectly prepared, adapted very well to the group during the tour. We have experienced things and places that one would not find alone. The only drawback: it was not clear from the beginning that the bus is only the means of transport for half the time and that a tour of about 2 hours ends the city tour.
