Overall rating
Lovely tour guide who gave some interesting facts about Kuala Lumpur and the Batu caves. I really enjoyed the stop at the Batik making house. I found the pickup a bit confusing as the bus was on the street opposite Starbucks and no one came to tell us it wasn’t going to be right outside as the ticket suggests. The caves were excellent and transport was great too, we came into some traffic on the way back to KL and it started to rain, the guide gave us ponchos which was great customer service.
We had Mr Sasidren. He was very knowledgeable about where we were going and gave us hints and tips of where to go. The transport was comfortable and air conditioned. I would definitely recommend this short trip as you get alot for your money. Entry to the both Batu and Ramayanan Caves, and a lovely cool off stop at the waterfalls where we had a good dip in the Kanching Falls. Monkeys were everywhere at both locations. Brilliant!
excellent trip, well worth the money ,we were a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children and everyone really enjoyed the trip our guide was also really knowledgeable and gave us loads of interesting information and facts about batu caves but also about malaysia .
The cheerful Indian guide Balan spoke clear English and told us a lot about Malaysian culture. The stop at the batik artists' house was a nice addition to the tour.
Excellent tour with the best guide, Jaya. Highly recommend for all tourists.
