1. From Tbilisi: Diamond Bridge and Dashbashi Canyon Day Trip

Discover Georgia's unique nature so close to you as never before! Unless you experience it yourself, it is hard to imagine a glass bridge over the new creature of nature – a canyon at the height of 240 meters, where you feel like losing your footing. Still, at this very moment, you understand that you are a part of these surroundings, and up in the sky, you get pleasure from the magnificent sights of nature. We will meet you in front of the bicycle monument near Radisson Blu. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time. You will enjoy seeing the unique nature from Tbilisi to Diamond bridge, which is 2 hour's drive. Also, we will have a chance to buy genuine honey from the village. Except for the Canyons and diamond bridge, you have an opportunity to try a bike in the sky. We will return to Tbilisi at around 6 o'clock. Please note: If you are going to hike 2km and see the waterfall, please wear comfortable shoes.

Our driver will meet you early morning at your pickup address in Tbilisi and you will start tour trip. A two-hour drive from the capital of Tbilisi, the bridge set in the stunning Tsalka Nature Reserve. Though a long and winding drive, the views and the end location are more than worth it. Tsalka canyon is located at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level and is 8 kilometers in length. The canyon is made up of 669 hectares and is full of spectacular waterfalls and caves along its luscious green slopes, seen as you walk across the glass bridge and while you sip on your coffee or tea at the Diamond Bar. It’s not for the faint-hearted. As you walk across the 240-meter-long glass bridge that rises 280 meters, it’s as if you are floating, with a gorge beneath your feet. During winter time sometimes because of snow or ice which goes down to waterfall is closed. So you will be able to visit only Diamond bridge and other activities there.

What people are saying about Dashbashi Canyon, Georgia

The trip was great. You should check the weather before booking as the bridge will be closed in bad weather. You pay the entrance fee separately, which is definitely worth it. Our guide Mariam was very nice. We were just a small group and had a great day. After visiting the bridge, we go down about 1.8 km into the canyon. The path is sometimes quite steep. A beautiful waterfall awaits you at the bottom, making the journey worth it. After that it goes up just as steeply again. You should know that. There is probably also a small bus that takes you down and up again. This costs another 8 lari. I can definitely recommend the trip when the weather is nice.
