Overall rating
We were a party of 6 over 65s. The van was comfortable with reasonable visibility. We were unlucky in that the clouds were very low so couldn't see any of the spectacular views. The guide did everything he could to compensate for the weather. He dropped some of our party at the ship then took, those who wanted to explore, to the botanical gardens so we could walk back through the town and visit the interesting fort.
Mario and his colleague were very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a lovely time, the view of the lakes were picturesque. I highly recommend this tour.
Very enjoyable. Loved the hot springs! Loved the beach with the black sand and touring the bunker on the beach. A bonus to see Lagos de Fogo
Small group, guide spoke good English. And was really friendly; a thoughtful driver. We felt comfortable and safe
