Ride itself was pretty smooth and the van was very clean. The driver was very helpful when we asked about water breaks and help with our luggage. The only thing to note is that they asked for my drop-off location and the driver upon arriving said he couldn’t take me directly there and instead dropped me off a six minute walk away. Not a huge deal since it was a short walk and still light out but definitely confusing.
We had a small van that fit maybe 10 people. We had to switch vans halfway and some of us went to Guatemala City and others to Antigua. Overall smooth journey where we were picked up and dropped off at the agreed upon points. No issues and would recommend!
Gustavo contacted me the day before to make sure everything was arranged. From the very beginning, the communication and atmosphere were great. He was very knowledgeable, the ride was safe, and I had a great time. I highly recommend him!
Excellent day trip, it was just us with our guide Pedro so we had flexibility and did the walking tour first then went to Iximche. He was very knowledgeable and it was a great day.
Was very good ride to the Lake , was about 30 minutes late to pick up at Holiday Inn but that was understandable due to the traffic , the Van was comfortable, will use them again
