Visiting Pompeii and Vesuvius was an amazing and unforgettable experience without any doubt. Anyone who will go to Naples should visit those two places. Our tour guide Francesca, from the other hand, even though gave us all the infos that we needed to learn about Pompeii , was rude and not too easy to communicate especially in the beginning. It was our first time there we knew nothing about where to go or what to do and yet I wanted to ask a question and all I got back was to ignore me. So after that i didn't have much joy in listing to her. Another than that eveything was more than amazing!

Our guide Giuseppe was very accommodating as my 78 year old Dad joined us and had forgotten to ride a bike. :( We didn't get to see all that the tour had to offer due to my Dad struggling with his bike. He was patient though. Giuseppe did warn us that riding a bike in Naples was not like riding one in Amsterdam. He was spot on as we found it a little difficult to maneuver our way thru crowds and traffic. It was a little nerve racking at times but we got to see some places that we probably wouldn't have seen on our own. Price was quite steep compared to other cities that we have done bike tours. Maybe because it was an e-bike?
Following your tour pickup, you will make your way south to explore the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum. Stroll through the streets of the Roman city of Pompeii and check the numerous different UNESCO archaeological sites, such as the Herculaneum. Both archaeological sites feature the excavated ruins of alleyways and homes where you are free to explore. These locations are also fascinating in that archaeologists are still continuing to unearth the remains of a place forever locked in time. Following your exploration of the ruins, drive up to Mount Vesuvius, the volcano that destroyed Pompeii 2,000 years ago. You can stop to enjoy the view of the Bay of Naples from the top, as you enjoy a delicious lunch. If you are a hiking and history lover, this Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Mount Vesuvius tour is all you need.
Jasmine, our guide and the driver Domenico were so friendly and skilled. I highly recommend this tour with these two to guide you through the day. The explaining in the explored areas were fantastic, english was very good and the mini-van spotless clean and comfortable. I was way beyond my expactations!!

It is definitely worth traveling with World Tours, because everything is organized perfectly, and the information about the ongoing activity was timely and very detailed. Most importantly, if you’re with a group, you don’t have to wait at the entrances to places of interest, nor look for the right transportation - everything is organized and done for you. You see the center of Capri and Anacapri, visiting three levels of the island. You can also choose to separate and see the Blue Grotto, or stay on the free beach, or just take a walk because you also have some free time. Our tour-leader Mariangela is really very experienced and is able not only to show and tell, but also to be a great time-manager. Not only did you see beautiful views and enjoy your lunch time, but you also able to shop for gifts.

Wonderful tour for the family. My wife and I along with our four children were picked up in a shuttle at our hotel and all transport throughout the day was super easy. The guides were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met and pointed out some great info along the way that was really interesting. Definitely don’t forget to bring plenty of water! The tour is great, but the day is long and water is essential. The lunch between the tours was great and more than we could eat. The sites were everything we wanted to see, but what really made the day enjoyable was the genuine kindness and generosity of our guides.
Enjoy a day on Italy’s scenic Amalfi Coast and explore the archeological ruins of the ancient Roman town of Pompeii on a full-day excursion from Naples. You’ll be picked up at your central Naples hotel or outside your cruise ship at the Port of Naples. Your first stop will be Pompeii, at one time a thriving Roman town and now an archaeological site. Buried under ash after the towering Mount Vesuvius eruption in 79 AD, the city was lost until the 1700s. Today, you can walk along the old Roman streets and see the houses, shops, bars, and even a brothel among the excavated ruins. As you drive along the Amalfi Coast, marvel at the spectacular scenery. Your driver will stop at a fantastic location overlooking Positano and its bay for the stunning views. From here you’ll continue on to Amalfi, where you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the clear blue waters.
Great, got much more than I expected. Lunch was great with a beautiful view just a little late in the day so be sure to have a good breakfast

Superb attraction I recommend it to young and old! My husband and I had a blast!

Everything went smoothly. There was not a lot of free time, which was the right amount in my opinion, as I see no way to do something productive in the island outside of the attractions, which were included. The guide also informed us what was recommendable during the free time so that was very convenient. Villa San Michelle is a must visit for everyone who read the Munthe's book and a mustn't visit for those who didn't. The guide Serena was very warm person and gave not too much and not too little information about the historical significance of the island. That I also liked. Not too much unnecessary precision about the dates just the general understanding which historically known people liked the island and why. I'd say that this Tour is suitable for those who are not to keen on having a lot of free time in the middle of tours to mindlessly wander around. P.S. take the boat trip for additional 19 Eur around the island. Serena will inform you how to take it.
It was a great tour and we‘ve seen the famous coastal town at the Amalfi coast comfortably. At first it was very cold at the bus and I was glad that I brought a cardigan and shawl with me. But I think somebody informed the driver to lower down the AC, and the problem was solved. Connie was very informative and a superb guide. The great views along the serpentine roads were amazing. The recommended lunch was also fine and filling. We opted for the boat ride as well and it was all worth it. It was nice to see Amalfi from the boat‘s perspective, wonderful panorama and the breeze was nice. My only regret was that the stay in Positano was too short, 15 minutes, I guess. It deserved more than that, too beautiful for only a couple of minutes. Overall, the bus tour was fantastic and fulfilled all that was promised for the tour! To Connie and the driver, "grazie mille and stay safe!“ Rosemary
We had the best of times with Connie and Rosario ( a super skilled driver)! We visited some awesome places, I would totally recommend this tour! Andy
An amazing trip around the island, Louisa our guide was very attentive and helpful.
Very nice, exquisite staff. Definitely to be recommended.
