First of all I would like to say thank you to our guide Tristan. Tristan accompanied us during a big food travel across Biarritz. He explained us local food’s history and we ate a lot of local products like cheese, meat and cakes. I highly recommend this visit where you are going to learn more on Biarritz’s history and on local food and local culture !! Basque Country, what a greit Nation !!

Despite unfavorable weather, this tour of the local cuisine of Biarritz was very pleasant. Even while living in the region, it allowed me to discover places and foods that I didn't know. The guide was also great, we feel that he has lived in Biarritz for a long time and that he knows all its secrets!
