The [Tour Tuner] guides were awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, and they managed our private group with a lot of ease. It was a very well-organized trip with a very knowledgeable and attentive tour guide & driver - Nayem. We had an equal time of guided and self tour. We learned a lot about Portugal and its fascinating history and other facts from Nayem. Transportation was clean and comfortable, the interior of the car is very clean, which will surprise anyone! also the driver was skilled to get the vehicle through the small streets of Sintra. After the main attractions such as the Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace, we drove through several beautiful coastal areas. He was flexible to customize the trip to the things we were most interested in seeing and had a great local place to have lunch. Made a stop at the most western point of Europe Cabo da Roca to enjoy the view and Cascais was incredible. If you’re thinking about a day trip to the Sintra-Cascais, look no further and book here!

It’s really the best time to go as it’s out of season and from April on it will be more busy. We could explore the rooms at our own pace. Take photos without flash and enjoy the beautiful gardens. It was worth the money although the train station that’s close to the palace and all that area outside of it seems a bit run down and dodgy. So we were extra careful on our way there.
