André and his team were simply outstanding! Friendly, informative and professional. Our day was seamless from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. It felt like we were taking a day trip with friends. We were picked up on time, next to our hotel in Porto in a lovely 8 seater van on a rainy Thursday. We travelled about an hour to Arouca for convent sweet tasting at Casa de Doces Conventuais. The sweets were heavenly - a generous plateful, with leftovers to take away plus their interesting history explained. The Paiva Walkways were everything we dreamed of and more - so tranquil and beautiful scenery, plus we were given lots of insight into the different plants and trees. Lunch was great quality - starters, local beef, potatoes and salad main and fruit salad and gateaux for dessert, plus lots of vino verde. We were stuffed! Gluten free main was catered for. The highlight was Arouca 516 suspension bridge which was breathtaking! 100% recommend this trip and company. Thank you!

Beatriz was the sweetest! She took some time to explain the history of the tiles before explaining the process. she was very encouraging and helpful. I loved the time spend there chatting with her and the other participants. I'm looking forward to pick up my tile and take it home! That is a really nice authentic souvenir!

Our guide was excellent. He explained us all the details and gave us good pointers. His narration in walking tour of Porto was very good, very happy.
