Things to do in Hiddensee

Experience the battle of the sailors at the Wednesday regatta on the sidelines of the harbour tour. Sail as an observer through the Strelasund towards the island of Hiddensee and enjoy the view of the competitors. The starting line is laid out directly in front of the north pier. A triangular course will be sailed between the Stralsund Sundpromenade, Altefähr and the "Rügen Brücke". Board the boat to enjoy a one-hour sightseeing cruise with the Wednesday regatta. The captain will keep you entertained with interesting facts and amusing stories about Stralsund and the role it played during the Hanseatic League. Your captain will point out the shipyard, the impressive sailing ship "Gorch Fock", the architectural highlight Ozeaneum, and the different church spires of Stralsund. At the end, the boat will return to Stralsund Harbor and arrive back at the departure location. For your comfort, you can choose to sit inside or relax outside. The boat has rooftop seating offering splendid views onto the skyline while allowing you to soak up the sun. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the boat, but you are welcome to bring your own.
