Stop for lunch in Dugla, and then arrive in Lobuche for an overnight stay at 4,930 meters.  Day 8: After breakfast at Lobuche, begin the trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep. This is one of the most rewarding sections of the entire excursion. Follow the trail up the rocky paths with great views of the Khumbu glacier. Visit the famous Everest Base Camp located at 5,364 meters in altitude. Make your way back to Gorakshep where you will stay the night. Day 9: Hike from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar located at 5,545 meters, and then to Pheriche at 4,243 meters, where you will stay overnight in a tea house lodge.
