Nice experience, super comfortable seats, bathroom and plenty of space for your luggage. If you are planning to travel to different cities in Japan, I highly recommend to buy a ticket. If you are just in Tokyo, there is no need.

Easy to receive and change once in Japan. I initially got worried the coupon wasn’t going to arrive on time but it took a few days to process and arrived fine in the US. At the JR center, the girl was knowledgeable and helpful.

The Railpass is recommended, but I would suggest that the number of days be adjusted or offered variably. For me, a 10-day pass would have been ideal in this case, given my stay of 14 days. The price should stay the same.

very good ! I received the details from the pass at my hotel then head up ro the tokyo station where I received the pass, very easy to handle.

This is an east way to get a trainticket, make sure to exchange it in time
