Enjoy a 2.5-hour dolphin watching adventure in a luxury schooner sailing vessel. Spot dolphins in their natural habitat and enjoy a bite to eat in an island setting. Set sail and witness some of the local dolphin species in action. Get up close and personal as you spot the Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins, friendly Bottlenose Dolphins, and the elusive Pantropical Spotted Dolphins. Listen to your on-board, expert guides as they teach you how to interpret their behaviours and share fascinating facts about wild dolphins. Dolphin sightings are guaranteed or you will be invited to go again for free while on your vacation.

Begin your snorkeling adventure by departing from Kaanapali Beach on a luxury catamaran. On the way to the snorkel spot, enjoy some breakfast while keeping your eyes open for Hawaiian spinner dolphins, bottlenose dolphins, and during the winter months, large humpback whales. The captain will determine the best spots to visit on the day, based upon the weather conditions. Once in the water, observe beautiful tropical fish, honu (Hawaiian green sea turtles), colorful coral reefs, and potentially some other rare underwater species. After the snorkeling session, have a delicious lunch with premium beers, cocktails, and other liberations. Relax as you cruise back to Kaanapali Beach, enjoying the scenery along the way.

During your visit to Hawaii, the birthplace of surfing, take a great opportunity to learn how to surf. Experience the calm waters of West Maui which offer perfect conditions for beginner surfers. Take part in a group lesson with a maximum of 5 surfers, which means you will have a ton of opportunity to learn from your professional surf instructor. Before you start, get you geared up with a surfboard, long-sleeve UV rash guards, and water shoes. Leave everything you do not want to get wet or whatever that does not float in the cubicles provided at the surf shop. On the beach, have a brief 15-minute 'land lesson' to go over safety measures and procedures. When your group is ready, head into the water to get started. Each surfer has their own turn to ride a wave and learn to surf. After your wave is complete, you will head back to the designated waiting area until the instructor signals for your turn again. The first few rides usually take some time, but it starts to move faster once everyone starts to get the hang of things. As an added bonus, there will be a professional photographer taking close up shots throughout your lesson.  The group surf lesson is 2 hours in total from the time you leave the surf shop to when your instructor signals you back in from the water. If you do finish early, there is a beach to sit on and wait until the rest of your class is done. Once the class is over, everyone will carry their surfboards back to the shop and then head back to the beach to shower off in fresh water. Return all your surf gear back to the shop and have an opportunity to check out your surf lesson photos which are available for purchase.

Enjoy a delicious dinner at the summit while waiting for the sun to set. After sunset, be mesmerized by the nighttime sky with a stargazing stop. First, explore the verdant Upcountry region, followed by a striking sunset from Haleakalā’s towering 10,023-foot summit. After sunset, a dazzling blanket of stars appears, and Haleakala becomes a prime stargazing location. Not exactly an early riser? Reserve your morning for staying in bed and set off on an afternoon snorkeling cruise on the Sea Maui II catamaran from Kaanapali Beach in Lahaina. Haleakala The south and eastern part of Maui is dominated by the 10,000 foot tall dormant volcano - Haleakala. It's like nowhere else in that you can drive from sea level to the summit in about two hours. And when you get there, the scenery and environment are stunning. Going to watch sunrise from Haleakala is popular and you must book your space in advance. But visiting at any time of day is very worthwhile. West Maui West Maui describes the area from Ma'alaea all the way north along the coast through Ka'anapali, Kapalua and Honolua Bay. This region is filled with popular resorts, beaches, Hawaiian historical and cultural sites and even a terrific blowhole. South Maui Kihei and the high-end resort area of Wailea. Kihei is a popular area to explore with many good snorkelling areas, sandy beaches that you can take a long walk on and enjoy a sunset. There's also many mini malls for shopping and dining. Immediately south of Kihei is Wailea which has some magnificent cove beaches and superb snorkeling where you can cruise around with the local turtles. Continue south for the favorite beaches of Maui locals at Makena. And if you are the type who likes to drive to the end of the road - continue all the way to La Perouse Bay, for more snorkelling and the see the site of the last big lava flow on Maui. Central Maui Central Maui is there part of the island that sits in the isthmus, or flat area between the two giant volcanoes that form the island. Mostly you will use this area to drive from the resort towns, across to join the Road to Hana and Haleakala tours, and for the airport. But there is some good sightseeing here too. The Iao Needle features a towering volcanic spire and is one of the wettest places on the planet. There's also tropical fruit farms, Maui's shopping areas and the Ocean Center.
