Day 1 –Tuesday: Windhoek- Sossusvlei Main Destination: Sossusvlei Accommodation: Solitaire Lodge Camping Meals: Lunch & Dinner We will depart at 9am straight on the way south to world-famous Sossusvlei via picturesque Spreetshoogte Pass. We will then have a Stop-over at the view point to appreciate endless view of the Namib. Our lunch at the Solitaire oasis. Arrival at the lodge or campsite around 3-4 pm in the afternoon. We will check in our lodge and spend few hours before sunset by the pool. Tomorrow will be a long day, early sleep after dinner is highly recommended. Day 2 –Wednesday: Sossusvlei Main Destination: Sossusvlei Accommodation: Solitaire Lodge Camping Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Early in the morning, at sunrise, we will visit the Sesriem Gate to the remarkable Sossusvlei. We start off with climbing picturesque Dune 45, experiencing beauty and vastness of the Orange-colored landscape. Off-road drive to the Dead Vlei, a place of Vast desert pan where dried-up, ancient acacias stand silent in the impressive, open-air gallery. If you have enough energy, you can climb one of the highest dunes on Earth, the ‚Big Daddy ‘or ‚Big Mama. After the morning excursion, we will return back to Sesriem for lunch. We will take a break for 1-2 hours. Once the heat subsides, we will take a short excursion to Sesriem Canyon. This will be our last activities for the day. Day 3 –Thursday: Swakopmund Main Destination: Swakopmund Accommodation: Tiger Reef Camp Site Meals: Breakfast &Lunch Namibia is a country of contrasts. Today we will move from desert to sea. On our way we will cross the Tropic of Capricorn and traverse the Gaub and the Kuiseb passes, driving down to the dry river bed at the bottom of the Kuiseb Canyon before climbing up the other side and watching the spectacular desert landscape unfold before us. Having arrived at the coast, we will make a stop in Walvis Bay to enjoy the view of flamingos and other birds in the lagoons. We will take a short break for lunch. We overnight in Swakopmund. Dinner tonight is at the client's own expense in a local restaurant. Day 4 –Friday: Swakopmund-Windhoek Main Destination: Windhoek Accommodation: Not included Meals: Breakfast &Lunch Drive 450km travelling on the main road through farmland and small towns, time to stop in Okahandja at carving market. Embark on a 2-day safari from Windhoek to Sossusvlei. Explore the Namib Desert, the oldest desert in the world, and the Skeleton Coast. Visit the Tropic of Capricorn, Big Daddy, Deadvlei, Sossusvlei, and Dune 45. Day 1: Windhoek - Sossusvlei Get picked up in Windhoek and drive to Sossusvlei. The 5-hour (345 km) route from Windhoek to Sesriem follows the main road southwards to Rehoboth before turning onto the gravel. It heads in a south-westerly direction to Sesriem, the gateway to the famed dunes of Sossusvlei, skirting the impressive Naukluft Mountains. Namib Desert Lodge is 60km to the north, where you’ll find some of the most spectacular scenery the Namib has to offer. As the road from Windhoek meanders through the mountains, you will pass through the Window Bridge, which perfectly frames the landscape, into the valley below. The hills are tawny-colored in the dry mid-year months and vivid green after summer rainfall. Day 2: Sossusvlei Excursion and Windhoek Wake up early for a sunrise hike up Dune 45. Watch as the colors of the dunes change with the ever-altering light. Have breakfast and continue to the 2x4 car park, where all 2-wheel drive vehicles have to stop. Enter the ancient Tsauchab Riverbed for the last 5km leg to Sossusvlei, an ancient pan completely surrounded by sand that is strikingly populated with dead, skeletal camelthorn trees. Explore the area on foot and climb one of the highest dunes in the world. Drive back to Sesriem for lunch and take a short excursion to see the Sesriem Canyon. Walk into the riverbed and follow the river for some way along its journey to Sossusvlei. Head back to the gate and enjoy the mountain scenery on the drive back to Windhoek.

Day 1: Windhoek to Etosha National Park (Namutoni Area) This morning, A Tour Guide from Nali Safaris will collect you from your various accommodation establishments or from the Windhoek International Airport (assuming you land before 08h00). You then depart Windhoek in your safari vehicle with your private tour guide and you arrive late afternoon in Etosha National Park. Overnight: Namutoni Wildlife Resort or similar Meal Basis: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Day 2: Namutoni to Okaukuejo (Etosha National Park) This morning you will need to rise early for a magical wildlife encounter’s experience with your guide in the famous Etosha National Park, setting off before sunrise with luck on your side, you will observe nocturnal animals in the early mornings. Overnight: Okaukuejo Wildlife Resort or similar Meal Basis: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Day 3: Okaukuejo Area to Swakopmund (West Coastal Area) After a morning breakfast, you depart to the charming coastal town of Swakopmund. The drive today takes you southwest through awesome and ever-changing landscapes passing through some small settlement towns of Kamanjab, Uis. You will meet the ocean at the coastal town of Henties Bay and then continue south to Swakopmund where you can enjoy the pleasant seaside location and cooler coastal air for your next two nights. Overnight: Swakopmund Sands Hotel or similar Meal Basis: Breakfast (lunch and dinner on own account) Day 4: Swakopmund/West Coast Today is a free day. The idea is to allow time for everybody to do their own thing. Swakopmund is a very pleasant seaside town with lots of shops, a good stretch of beach (although the Atlantic here is quite cold) and an open-air curio market. There are various optional activities that can be arranged. Your tour guide will discuss all the possible options with you before you reach Swakopmund and will offer to make bookings in advance of your arrival. Overnight: Swakopmund Sands Hotel or similar Meal Basis: Breakfast (lunch and dinner on own account) Day 5: Swakopmund to Sesriem (Namib Desert) Today after breakfast we depart to the southern region of the Namib Naukluft Park, the Kuiseb Canyon, and the Gaub Pass before we stop for lunch at a remote settlement named Solitaire. After lunch you continue driving to reach your overnight accommodation. You arrive at the accommodation in the afternoon. Overnight: Dead Valley Lodge or similar Meal Basis: Breakfast, Dinner and Lunch Day 6: Sesriem to Sossusvlei and then to Windhoek city This morning you will need to rise early for a magical excursion with your guide in the Namib Naukluft National Park, normally setting off before sunrise to capture the dunes whilst the light is soft, and shadows accentuate the towering shapes and curves. After lunch you then depart to Windhoek city. Expect to arrive in the city at around 15:30pm, although please note that times may vary.

Overnight: Sossusvlei Taleni Lodge Standard Rooms Meals: Breakfast and Dinner Day 3 A day in the Dunes We have an early morning wake up, have tea and coffee and drive to visit the world’s highest sand dunes at Sossusvlei and Dead-vlei. First stop is DUNE 45, we hike up for sunrise. Then we will drive to Deadvlei and Big Daddy Dunes as well as Sossusvlei. We are back at the lodge for lunch at 12pm Overnight: Sossusvlei Taleni Lodge Standard Rooms Meals: Breakfast and Dinner Day 4 Namib Naukluft National Park to Swakopmund, Namibia The day is spent driving through the Namib Naukluft National Park on our way to Swakopmund. Overnight: The Delight Lodge Meals: Breakfast Rooms: Standard Rooms Day 5 Enjoy Swakopmund, Namibia Enjoy activities in Swakopmund where you will have the opportunity to soak up the atmosphere of this quaint, little German town and enjoy its beauty and beaches. Overnight: The Delight Lodge Meals: Breakfast Rooms: Standard Rooms Day 6 Swakopmund to Damaraland After breakfast, depart southwards towards the coast and on your way meet the locals of the Himba and Damara tribes You will stop at a Himba village on your way to your lodge in Damaraland Overnight: Twyfelfontein Country Lodge Lodge Standard Rooms Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Day 7 Desert Elephants and Historical Damaraland. After breakfast , you are taken to explore and enjoy a morning activity as we drive along the guab river searching for desert elephants and lions. Overnight: Twyfelfontein Country Lodge Lodge Standard Rooms Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Day 8 Etosha National Park After breakfast we depart our lodge to visit a Damara tribe village museum from 9am - 10am. In the afternoon we will enter the Etosha National Park. Overnight: Okaukuejo Bush Chalets, Etosha National Park Standard Rooms Meals: Breakfast Day 9 Etosha 4x4 Safaris We have the opportunity to spend the day on 2 game drives. Etosha Okaukuejo Standard Rooms Meals: Breakfast Day 10 Etosha Safari to Windhoek Enjoy the reserve and afterwards drive south to windhoek where you will be dropped off at the hotel.
