The excursion was perfectly organized from the first to the last minute and, thanks to the very pleasant and good guide Alessandro and the bus driver Luca, was more than his (reasonable) money. The pickup right at the exit of the cruise terminal and the end of the bus shuttle in La Spezia worked without any problems. The trip to Florence and also the intermediate stage to Pisas were used by the tour guide for detailed information on the program and in particular for detailed information on both cities. It was all in English, but it was spoken slowly and clearly. The tour guide accompanied the group on foot from the parking lot in both cities to the main attractions of the cathedral and the Leaning Tower, from where everyone had enough time to explore the main sights on their own (with the tour operator's good map). The organizer and especially Alessandro are highly recommended!

This tour offered the transportation to get to both Florence and Pisa from our cruise ship. They included a description of the area as we went by and provided maps and a suggested itinerary to tour the sites. They escorted us between the bus parking area and the start of the walking tours and made it clear how much time we had and what time we needed to start back. At a reasonable price, they made our visit very enjoyable at a cost comparable to using taxies and trains to do it on our own. With a guaranteed ship return, it was a perfect choice.

This was a great excursion! Given the time we had, we were as able to site see on our own and have a nice lunch! The guide was friendly and helpful with precise information on how to get to the points of interest, and even gave us phone # should we need it. It was nice to visit Pisa. Bus ride was comfortable

Actually a transfer from cruise to florence and Pisa. Mostly on our own but we wanted to be independent. Very comfortable double decker bus with free wifi! That was a first on any of our cruise bus excursions. Nice guide and watched out for everyone to get back on time to ship.

Excellent tour guide and experience. Highly recommended.
