Luis was AMAZING! Him being a local not only meant that his knowledge about the different neighborhoods of the tour was extensive, it was like traveling with a local celebrity! He knew so many folks in Comuna 13 along they way it really made you feel like you integrated into the community. The tour itself was great as it covered a lot of bases in the city. From Comuna 13, to the botanical gardens, the cable car ride, to Botera Plaza. If you only have time to do one tour while in the city, I highly recommend this one.

Santiago is an excellent guide. He speaks well and has a very good knowledge. He made sure we saw everything and explained all in detail. He is polite, friendly but professional. Above all he is very kind and helpful.
