Located 20 minutes from Québec City, Village Vacances Valcartier is open day or night for your pleasure. Brave the highest accelerated run in North America and slide down Everest, or head over to the legendary Himalaya summit, where 4 ultra steep and ultra-fast runs will test your nerves of steel as you reach speeds of almost 80 kilometers per hour. Take a moment to admire the views on the way down if you can! Make your way to the 7 snow slides of varying degrees of difficulty in the Central Area and slip and slide with all the family. Experience the heart-stopping slides of the Avalanche area, including the Tornado and Snow Rafting slides. Race your mates and enjoy the runs as often as you like at leisure.

Spend a night in one of the Hôtel de Glace’s beautifully ice-sculpted rooms. Admire the stylish and captivating structure and furnishings, which are made entirely of sparkling snow and ice. Begin your experience by checking in and visiting your complimentary room at the Valcartier Hotel, which is accessible throughout your stay. Store your luggage and prepare for your stay in a frozen dreamland. Afterward, explore the Hôtel de Glace at your own pace. Choose to venture out for dinner, or dine onsite at your own expense. Step into your room at 9:00 pm. Unwind under the stars in the Nordic relaxation area, which boats outdoor spas and a sauna. Sleep in an ultra-comfy arctic sleeping bag on a bed consisting of a base of solid ice topped with a wooden board and an insulating mattress. Depart from the heart of Old Quebec near the Château Frontenac and travel to Village Vacances Valcartier (Valcartier Vacation Village) with this round-trip shuttle service. Experience North America's largest winter amusement park. Visit the Ice Hotel, Bora Parc, and Hotel Valcartier. Explore more than 35 slides, 5000 inner tubes, 17 mechanical lifts at the Winter Playground. Rent skates and maneuver through the skating trail. Spend the entire day in the area or stay for just a few hours to see the sights with the freedom to choose a return time from the shuttle schedule (shuttle return must be taken the same day). Choose between departure times from Old Quebec at 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM and return times from Valcartier at 11:15 AM and 2:45 PM. Transfers take between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
