The whole experience from start to finish was superb. We were collected on time and driven to the winery where we were met by our guide who made the tour very enjoyable. The wines were delicious and the complimentary glasses were a nice touch, we even got to taste the different grapes. The way the tour works is very well organised so no one is intruding on your slot and we're not intruding on the groups either. Very well planned. The shop was really lovely and we would have purchased more wines if we had enough room in our suitcases. Highly recommend them this wine tour!!!
The process from booking to dropping us off at our hotel at the end was done without fuss, and hassle free. Our guide was engaging and our driver was professional. We thought the vineyard guide was at times a little hesitant, but was able to provide a reasonable overview of the workings of the vineyard. Surprised the vineyard only offered shipping to the USA as we would have liked to order some cases for Europe.
This was an enjoyable excursion in a very comfortable vehicle. We were picked up and taken to the central tour location then to the winery as a group. Concha y Toro is beautiful, the tour was excellent and tastings were nice. Be aware that half the time is spent in traveling.
Nice short half-day activity - just wished the time in the vineyard was a longer, as when the guide finishes the tour, you dont have almost time to look around
Although I have been through many wine tasting, this was pretty interactive since we got to taste grapes for different varieties. The guide was excellent!
