Picked up from your hotel, your English-speaking tour guide will take you to the Côte des Bar, the hidden gem of the Champagne region. Before the first winery visit your guide will show you Essoyes, the village where the impressionist Renoir lived and painted for most of his life. Your Champagne guide will then lead you to a secret spot to take in one of the region's most beautiful viewpoints. You will learn the art of sabering, an exciting party trick, and share a glass of Champagne. After taking in the beauty of the Champagne terroir, you'll proceed to visit the first winery and its cellars. Discover the Champagne-making process from harvesting to corking, along with insights into organic and biodynamic farming. The tasting follows in an exceptional room at the heart of the estate, leaving no Champagne secrets undiscovered. Lunch in a farm to table restaurant is included, the gastronomic menu is paired with Champagne (what else?). The day ends by meeting a grower, offering a memorable opportunity to interact and sample the range of a generous Champagne producer directly at the estate. Throughout the day, you will hear about blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs, Brut nature (the driest style of Champagne), rosé Champagne and even the still wines we produce in Champagne. With glasses emptied and bubbles still dancing in your eyes, it’s time to head back to Paris. Your tour guide will ensure you are comfortably returned to your hotel, ending your delightful Champagne adventure.

Departure from Paris with transfer included to the meeting point on site. First day: arrival at the hotel in the late morning, then lunch in a superb restaurant in the village of Essoyes. Discovery of the house of the famous painter Renoir. Tasting of local champagnes and diner in a gastronomic restaurant. Second day: walk in the vineyards with explanations of the work of the vineyard, and picnic. Then visit a local champagne house with explanations and tasting. Return to Paris at the end of the day.
