(3,300 reviews)

our guide was Hannah. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and also someone who thinks on her feet.. I think for meeting point should be Castle itself, rather than somewhere in the city centre. It is too much and very unnecessary work for guides. We could meet them in the Castle , it is easier for them and for us. that was the only complaint which is NOT Hannah's fault. She quickly navigated trough queues and while waiting keep us informed so it passed quickly. Overall, very helpful and stress free way of visiting the castle except the recommendation I raised above

Walking in the footsteps of Jewish history, names on the synagogue wall and children's pictures - shocking, thought-provoking. A wonderful trip.

Our guide Peter was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and also hilarious. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the experience

Easy to collect tickets and enjoy the sights but you do have to que a lot to get into the places after you have got your ticket

Andrea the guide was absolutely fantastic. Lots of interesting facts given and her timings were brilliant
