  • Rating: 3 “Good way to overview the city”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer – Mount Pleasant, Mi, United States on April 20, 2015 This was an affordable way to relax and overview the city, but the experience was just average. The audio commentary on the busses was not consistently working, but when it was it provided decent information about the city. Also, the timing of the busses was rather confusing and we found ourselves standing at the bus stops for very long periods of time, not knowing when we would see the bus we wanted (the day we went it was very cold and windy out, but on a nice day it would not have been too bad). BE SURE to print out your ticket (they cannot electronic any electronic form of it- one of the workers said the machines are not up to date yet).

  • Rating: 2 “The direction where i should take the bus was wrong”

Reviewed by Felipe – Chile on April 4, 2015 The adresse where i should take the bus was wrong? And then i missed the ticket, so i didn't take the bus

  • Rating: 5 “great value, see loads, excellent full day out, staff friendly.”

Reviewed by MICHAEL – BUCH, Austria on July 18, 2014 Well, we managed to go on all 4 tours in the single day which saw all of Vienna, but of course not much time to go into the attractions. the buses were comfortable and most had air-con. the headsets were a bit fiddly to fit and to keep in but 'one size fits all'. these were given new to each customer so no hygiene worries. One minor complaint was that some of the sets on the seat backs did not work, but you could always move seats if they were free. staff were friendly and helpful and all could speak some English. Highly recommended - Dont see Vienna without these tours !!!!!

  • Rating: 3 “Well organized”

Reviewed by Gerrit – Baarn, Netherlands on February 18, 2014 1st. bus good quality. 2nd. bus poor quality. No baggage store possibility. This was a bus with plastic roof.. Small chairs etc.

  • Rating: 4 “Vienna on foot”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer – Centreville, United States on June 10, 2013 We did a lot of sightseeings on foot since our hotel was just right across the Opera House. So much to do and see, so we took the Schonbrunn route to go outside of the city for half of the day only. We did not take the Danube and Ring routes. When we come back, we will explore the Danube route, but as of right now, we are completely happy exploring the ring area.
