Discover Valencia's streets, squares, monuments and most important historical sites the fun way. Feel the warm sea breeze on your face as you pedal through old and new Valencia and its gardens.

Start your tour of Valencia by pedaling downhill to the unique Turia Gardens. Created in a former riverbed, Valencia's garden park stretches for 13 km (8 miles), and winds through the city. The Gardens host a variety of cultural and recreational activities throughout the year. Pedal past the Serranos Towers, a small castle which used to be the former main entrance of the medieval walled city.

Only a few steps away, you will not only encounter the Roman remains of the city, but also Plaza de la Virgen in the center of Old Valencia, as well as some of the most important historical buildings in this Spanish city.

Continue cycling through the narrow streets of the old city to reach the Palace of the Marquis Dos Aguas, the city’s finest baroque monument and home of the National Ceramics Museum. Next you'll pass the old University, the Patriarca Church and the Glorieta Gardens.

The tour continues along the former riverbed passing by the Music Hall until you reach the City of Arts & Sciences, the new landmark of Valencia, known for its futuristic white architecture designed by world-acclaimed architect Santiago Calatrava. From here you will head back to the starting point following the riverbed crossing many historic and modern bridges as well as cycling past the Fine Arts Museum.

  • Rating: 5 “A Must”

Reviewed by Christy from Mission Viejo, United States on August 15th, 2012 So fun. We got into places cars/tours can't. Valencia is very bike oriented. We rented the bikes again the next day to ride on our own and get a reduced rate since we were repeat customers.

Reviewed by Sandra from Wetzikon, Switzerland on June 29th, 2011 Definitely do this tout, even if you're not an experieneced bike rider, no problem. The bikes were ok and organisation great. I recommend this tour.

  • Rating: 5 “great bike tour! Highly recommend it”

Reviewed by Uwe from Stadel, Switzerland on June 24th, 2011 Online booking was very easy. The bikes were in good condition. Our guide was very friendly and explained all the sights in deteail. We first went to a dried up river bed, then to the old city (churches, palaces, markets), and after that to the "new" Valencia (great architecture). Great value for money.

  • Rating: 3 “interesting, relaxing bike tour”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Bayreuth, Germany on June 21st, 2011 Very pleasant and comprehensive, but the info was a bit superficial.

  • Rating: 5 Reviewed by Heinz-Hannes from Ruetschelen, Switzerland on February 14th, 2011

A well guided tour at a comfortable pace, whether on the bikes or at the sights. The explanations of the individual sites were interesting and most of our questions were very competently answered.

    Hello
We really enjoyed the bike tour of Valencia. The guide was very active in sharing her deep knowledge of the city with the participants. Unfortunately, there's no German tour.
    Cheers, Rico and Christa Giger
