  • Rating: 4 “Convenient, easy way to see the highlights of Shanghai - Recommended!!”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Greensborough, Australia on October 12th, 2013 Having used the Hop on, Hop off Bus in London, Paris & Dublin in 2011 we again chose to purchase vouchers for Shanghai. The staff at the office for exchange of the voucher for our tickets were MOST helpful & recommended several places we should visit. They spoke good english & made sure we boarded the correct bus for our 1st day of sight-seeing. The audio was detailed & gave a little of the history of the area as well as identifying current points of interest. We very much liked the helpful young lady at The Bund bus stop & thenk her for taking photos for us!! Maps were colourful & easy to use. The Temple Tour Route on the 2nd day again provided good stops though we had to wait quite a while in the heat for the bus to collect us at the end of our temple tour. Keep an eye on the tiime to make the most of your stops & avoid a lengthy wait like we did. Highly recommend this way to get around Shanghai.

  • Rating: 4 “Good way to go about the city.”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Mandaluyong City, Philippines on May 19th, 2013 Staff were friendly and informative. However, there were a few outlets that didn't work. The upper front window had no wipers so the view was hazy when it rains.

  • Rating: 4 “Good way to see the sights in Shanghai”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Shanghai, China on April 8th, 2013 Was a hassle free way to see shanghai. The only negative was had to wait quite a while for buses especially on the green route. Buses were good, commentary useful and plenty of staff at the stops to answer any questions.

  • Rating: 4 “Everything was perfectly organized in terms of the route, etc.”

Reviewed by Oliver from Bonn, Germany on September 22nd, 2012 only maybe they could shorten the intervals between bus arrival times so you don't have to wait so long when you get off somewhere. Also it should go on past 5 pm in my opinion. But I'd definitely recommend it

  • Rating: 5 “very good city tour”

Reviewed by Lutz from Neustadt, Germany on September 17th, 2012 No issues with the online booking, the guide was very good, very good information at the meeting point- they covered all of the highlights

  • Rating: 4 “Very well organized. Everything came together well.”

Reviewed by Regina from Düsseldorf, Germany on June 11th, 2012 The blue and the red tours were really great for me. Getting on and off were always easy. The schedule of the buses let us have just the right amount of time.

  • Rating: 4 “Our expectations were exceeded. Routes, personnel and buses were all super”

Reviewed by Edith from Doberschütz, Germany on May 21st, 2012 We were surprised at the problem free recognition of the tickets we bought online. Whether in Singapore, Hong Kong or Shanghai, our expectations were exceeded. Overall the provider did a great job with regard to friendliness, the helpfulness of the staff in the center and the Big Bus Station, the punctuality of the buses, the organization of routes and the integration of additional services.

  • Rating: 5 “It is worth it”

Reviewed by Manfred from Karlsruhe, Germany on May 21st, 2012 We find that this is the best way to get to know a city. What we found really great was that we could divide the tour up in 48 hours. That way you have the option of going around a second time and add in another stop that you didn't get to see on the first day.

  • Rating: 5 “The Best way to see Shanghai”

Reviewed by Clive from Wedmore, United Kingdom on April 27th, 2012 Opted for the 48 hour pass. Excellent value. Helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend

  • Rating: 5 “simple, pratique et surtout très flexible.”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from ROUEN, France on September 8th, 2014 C'est génial! on peut mener l'activité selon son rythme, choisir tel ou tel autre site à visiter ou revisiter.

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Wuppertal, Germany on May 13th, 2014 Es hat alles super geklappt.

Reviewed by Marcus from Gründau, Germany on March 25th, 2014 Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Prisdorf, Germany on June 5th, 2013 Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten werden bequem erreicht. Gute Routenplanung.

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Koblenz, Germany on May 4th, 2013 Alle Eintrittspreise, welche in der Tourbuchung enthalten waren, wurden problemlos anerkannt.
