Guides can offer tours to Travelers.

Travelers can find and book tours.

The tour booking process

Traveler sends tour request

 

If a Traveler is interested in a tour, he can send a non-binding tour request to the Guide.

Guide confirms tour request

 

The Guide can accept or decline the tour request. He can also offer an alternative date for the tour.

Traveler books the tour

 

If the Guide accepts the request or offers an alternate date, the Traveler can now book the tour. This booking is binding.

After the Traveler books the tour, the Guide and the Traveler will receive each other's contact information.

Tour takes place

 

The Guide and Traveler meet at an arranged meeting time and place, and take the tour.
The Traveler will pay the Guide directly in person on tour day.

Traveler reviews tour

 

The Traveler is encouraged to write a review of the tour and share his travel experiences with other users.
