Enjoy special access to the amazing 'Walk the Plank' zip line on this tour in Samana. Fly 350 feet (106 meters) above Lulu Waterfalls and walk the plank off the pirate ship at the top of the mountain. The course has 12 lines in total, with the longest run covering 1,000 feet (300 meters).

This tour uses only the highest quality equipment on the 2-cable zip line system. You can even enjoy the zip line as a double ride with an instructor if you are feeling nervous. You'll stay fastened in with a double harness that has 2 cams running along the 2 cables overhead, and the integrated braking system lets you just concentrate on having fun.

Just kick back and relax while you enjoy the panorama zipping by below your feet... or your head if you want to go upside-down!

Then enjoy a cultural presentation where you can sample local fruits, moonshine, and other products including some locally grown and processed hot chocolate; sure to be the best you have ever tried! You will also have a chance to purchase small locally-made items at the community co-op/gift shop nearby.

A buffet lunch on the beach and all drinks (even beer and rum) are included in this zip line excursion. Enjoy!

Good to Know:

Please wear normal clothes, such as shorts and comfortable shoes. You can also come in your swimsuit, or wear your swimsuit under your clothes, but be sure to bring it with you! The waterfalls are at the end of the last zip line run, and you won't be able to return to the truck to get it. No flip flops please.

There will be between 1 and 8 guides, depending on size of your group. If you wish, you can give the tip to one of them at the end of the tour and they'll split it up.

Local kids will walk along with you on the trail to help anyone who needs a hand. At one point you will walk over 5-8 sand bags to cross the stream. It is recommended to bring a few dollar bills for tipping if you do need help in a few spots. The kids are very helpful and kind.
