Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Scarborough, United States on December 10th, 2013 We really enjoyed the Salem Witch Walk. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable; providing a wealth of history, myth, legend, and facts. We were constantly encouraged to ask questions, which we did. Not knowing what to expect when booking this tour (we expected tacky), but found ourselves very pleasantly pleased. We highly recommend.

  • Rating: 5 “Excellent Tour!! Tom was great!”

Reviewed by Christa from Fulks Run, United States on November 3rd, 2013 I took this tour on Halloween and unfortunately it rained, but the tour was still excellent! Tom was my guide and gave a great tour despite the rain. Tom is very informative and takes time to explain the area and facts on witchcraft. I would recommend to anyone planning to take this tour that they do it early in their trip as the tour takes you on shortcuts thru the city and shows you where interesting points are so you can go back. We received maps from the Visitor center that made things seem very far this tour made me realize they were closer than I thought all along.

  • Rating: 5 “Very informative. Educated guide named Tom.”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Newbury park, United States on November 3rd, 2013 Five stars because I learned many things that I hadn't heard from museums or other tours.

  • Rating: 5 “Outstanding/a must-do, do-not-miss event. Worth every $ & then some.”

Reviewed by Maria from WAYNE, United States on November 3rd, 2013 Tom, our guide, was funny, knowledgeable, passionate about the topics covered (history, Wicca, the Witch Trials, you name it), super friendly and nice, and yet also serious about raising awareness of and respect for Salem in its current state & its history, the Witch Trial victims, and the practice of Wicca (as well as the role "magic" plays in Wicca and in the everyday lives of people from every culture & time period, including present day). Tip well, for you will not get a better tour in Salem or anywhere else for the money. Do not miss this; you will be delighted if not enlightened, and gain a (new) respect for the past & present people of Salem, whether practicing Witches or not. -- and you will learn much that you thought you knew, but don't. When I'm in the area again, I will make it a point to take this awesome tour again. If you're curious or on the fence, just book this event; you will not be sorry.

  • Rating: 5 “Great Walking Tour”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Revere, United States on October 29th, 2013 Our guide was Tom and he did a great job of mixing history of witchcraft and the witch trials with that of modern day witches. I learned several things that I did not expect. Also, since I went on a Saturday night in October it was very crowded and Tom did a good job of navigating us away from other groups and still be able to see the sights and hear his narrative. Would definitely recommend it.
