Reviewed by Eleanor from East Meadow, United States on October 20th, 2014 Sam was a fantastic guide through the evening walk. She was informative and funny especially in the pouring rain. You can tell she enjoys what she does. I would recommend this tour, especially with her if you want to get an inside look on modern day witchcraft from a modern day witch.

“Very educational and interesting!”
Reviewed by Amber from Williamstown, United States on October 19th, 2014 Tom was an awesome tour guide! Learned quite a bit about the history of salem, not just about how witches fall into it (although there was quite a bit of that, too!) the ceremony at the start was neat. Loved the experience!
“The Witch Walk was wicked awesome and so was Tom the tour guide!”
Reviewed by Matthew from seymour, United States on October 18th, 2014 We learned the truth about Witches on our Witch Walk tour. Our tour guide Tom was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.
“Hear what a real Salem witch has to say”
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Mesa, United States on October 15th, 2014 Our guide wasn't a crone with a hook nose, or Elizabeth Montgomery, but a rather handsome long-haired young man. The walk starts with an introduction to 'real' witchcraft (wicca, in this case) and a ritual, with detailed explanations throughout. Then we started our walk and found that our young guide was charming and entertaining as well as very knowledgeable on Salem history. We visited some of the same sites that the ghost tours and history tours did, but the whole theme was comparing the tragedy of the 1692 non-witches with what modern witchery really means. And it was super fun to walk through Salem pointing at our guide and yelling, "Witch!"
“Great start to my Salem visit”

“Very knowledgable tour guide. A tour outside the norm.”
Reviewed by Diane from Providence, United States on October 14th, 2014 I would recommend this tour to anyone. Tom, our tour guide, is very knowledgable about wicken and local history. The tour truly gives a different type of local history and an overview of wicken.
Reviewed by Robert from Fayetteville, United States on October 14th, 2014 Very interesting introduction to modern practicing witchcraft and what it encompasses. An introductory participatory ritual and walk through Salem dispelling myths and discussing 1692.
“An energetic, knowledgeable guide taught witchcraft basics.”
Reviewed by Sarah from Providence, United States on October 13th, 2014 A very animated, informal guide led us through the streets of Salem teaching us the basics of witchcraft and how some elements still exist in our day to day lives despite what prejudices we may have. He mixed history with present day, dispelling some myths along the way. It was a fun tour that made you think. Today, we go to Salem to have fun and all this got started because some people were falsely accused and put to their deaths.
Reviewed by Jonathan from Leominster, United States on October 13th, 2014 Tom was informative and amusing as our guide, it was a fun tour although Salem was completely swamped with tourists and it took 1.5hrs just to find a parking spot (still had to walk 3/4 mile to the touristy stuff!) so the overcrowding ruined the experience somewhat. Would definitely go back for a tour with them again though and to explore the history without having to deal with the crowds!
“Poorly organized, tour group was way too big”
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from West Springfield, United States on October 13th, 2014 They overbooked for our tour time, so there were almost 100 people with tickets when we arrived at 7:00. They eventually split the group into two, but our group still had 58 people in it, with ONE guide. The tour started 20 minutes late. I am 8 months pregnant and have to walk slowly, so we were at the back of the group and couldn't see or hear anything. We ended up walking away from the tour 15 minutes after it started. Total waste.
“Not historic tour”
Reviewed by Alejandro from Cambridge, United States on October 13th, 2014 Nothing of a historic tour, just blah blah talk. Unorofessional and very disorganized staff
“Really enjoyed the tour.”

“Fun activity in Salem”
Reviewed by Theresa from Lexington, United States on October 12th, 2014 We had a good time although I thought we'd be walking around to many different places which were famous in the spooky history of Salem and we didn't. Still, for the money it was fine. I could tell the guide was knowledgeable and experienced and cared about what he did.
“Fantastic tour guide!”
