What to Expect

Enjoy Rome’s most impressive sights at night on a combined sightseeing tour with dinner. Travel by luxury air-conditioned coach and drive past the Roman Forum, Colosseum, Victor Emmanuel Monument, the Jewish Quarter, with its characteristic synagogue, the Basilica of St. Peter, and much more.

The tour will stop at 2 of the key hotspots, the first being the famous baroque Trevi Fountain, where you can throw a coin into the water to make sure that you will one day come back to Rome. You will also make a stop at Piazza Navona to admire Bernini's impressive Fountain of the 4 Rivers.

Continue past Piazza Venezia, Capitoline Hill, the Roman Forum, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the Aurelian walls that frame Villa Borghese Park, and admire the sights under their night time illuminations from the comfort of your air-conditioned coach.

At the end of the tour at the Trevi Fountain, your guide will take you to a fabulous local restaurant where you will be served a delicious Italian meal in traditional surroundings. Soak up the lively atmosphere, and do as the Romans do as you tuck into culinary treats accompanied by a quarter-liter carafe of Italian red wine.

good guide bit dis-organised trip

The guide was really good, the bus driver was amazing as romes traffic and roads are ridiculously busy and no driver obeys the lanes. When we went to the trevi fountain the guide just left us and told us that we had about half an hour it was nice to have a little free time however as the trevi fountain was under refurbishment there is a walkway and i would have liked to walk over the walkway but i do not know whether it was open or closed but it did not look accessible and this is something the guide could have helped us with but the guide had already disappeared. The dinner was in quite a busy restaurant however it was friday night and there was a couple of large parties in the restaurant the service was very slow so much so that when the guide came back for us an hour and a half later we were still eating.Overall we got to see all the major sites, the food was okay, service could have been better and the sites covered were great! I would suggest doing this trip early/ your 1st night

Food was good and plentiful, but does require some walking

Trip really beautiful, but for the price a bit short. Food was really good, but the time was a bit short - The bus was waiting outside before we'd finished dessert.

This was the "worst" of 4 booked tours. Not recommended

You can see Rome by night on your own. That way, you don't have to book a tour in 4 languages which was therefore very 'troubled' in the way it was led. The only stop: the Trevi Fountain, without any background info from the guide who stayed on the bus. The food at the restaurant was really good and typical italian food was served, accompanied by a quartet.
