  • Rating: 1 “Not worth the money”

Reviewed by Rebeca from Canberra, Australia on December 13th, 2013 The head phones did not plug in to any of the inputs (6 different ones we tried). As I paid online I was asked to print the voucher and present it which I did on the first day I was given map and head phones and asked to hop on. I presented the voucher for the rest of the day every time I went on the bus. As I had purchased a 48 hour ticket I went back the next day and once again showed the voucher but was told that I could not use it as I had not redeemed it at their shop. I explained that I was able to use the voucher the previous day they explained that this should not have been allowed. This was not money well spent and the staff did not abide by the same rules, I would not recommend this tour.

  • Rating: 3 “Difficult to find stops”

Reviewed by Jacqueline from CAIRNS, Australia on November 29th, 2013 It was very difficult to find the stops as they were not clearly marked. We missed on bus because we were waiting in the wrong place. The commentary n the earphones was too soft to be heard and only one set of earphones worked. The drop-off sites were good.

  • Rating: 4 “Nice to be able to get on and off at many stops and hear commentary”

Reviewed by Faye from Eagan, United States on November 16th, 2013 The trip covered many of the major destinations in Rome, with a nice commentary as we rode along. There was a little map showing the route and points of interest, but it would have made it even better if the map were larger to make it easier to see the routes and streets.

  • Rating: 3 “Decent experience - only one route - no blue route end of March”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from melbourne, United States on March 31st, 2013 Buying the tickets through get pre paied is useless, bus operators will not take the vouchers and you have to go to the main office to trade in voucher - buy the tickets on the bus - same price no hassle

  • Rating: 4 “Bella esperienza”

Reviewed by Carlo from san cesareo, Italy on April 3rd, 2014 Il giro è stato veramente interessante, personale disponibile.

Marathon gesperrt is”

Reviewed by ERIC from ITTEVILLE, France on January 6th, 2014 certains interphone ne fonctionne pas, personnel sympa.

  • Rating: 2 “Qualitaet Audio Guide schlecht”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Wardenburg, Germany on July 16th, 2013 Alles hat problemlos geklappt.
