“An awesome start to a great night out!”
Reviewed by Greg from London, United Kingdom on February 24th, 2014 First things first, you won't leave feeling thirsty. There is a cold beer waiting for you upon arrival and you are offered several more while learning some Icelandic history, beer facts, and even some language pronunciation along the way. Our host Oak was brilliant, very funny and informative. The only downside is that there isn't much to the actual brewery tour so the walk was short, but it was cool to have a peek at the microbrewery that lives inside, which we even got to sample beer from and was the highlight. All in all surprisingly good and we were sad to leave by the end. Cheers!
“Well worth it, funny and interesting”

“Fun history of beer & liquor in Iceland!”
Reviewed by Adrienne from Bremerton, United States on January 31st, 2013 I have been on many beer tours in different cities and countries, and this was a lot of fun. It focused much more on the interesting history of drinking in Iceland and, of course, sampling a great selection of beers. There was a short stroll into the area where they brew, and this tour was a lot less technical than others I'd been on. Our guide was energetic, informative, and hilarious. We agreed that this might very well have been the best part of our trip to Reykjavik!!
“Awesome, awesome fun.”
Reviewed by Brian from Calgary, Canada on October 15th, 2012 I went into this experience not expecting much at all, but was blown away by how great the tour was. Okay, there wasn't much of a tour, because the brewery isn't running at night (but let's face it - we've all been to a brewery before anyway), but the storytelling and the hospitality in the tasting room was EXCEPTIONAL. As a beer nerd, I totally recommend this trip. Great value, loads of fun and pint after pint of good beer.
“An enjoyable experience learning about Icelandic beer.”
